Our scope included coordination of all M&E elements during the fit-out phase, assisting with installation planning, and ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within the finished space.

Our team supported the project through technical input, on-site coordination, and quality assurance checks to ensure all installations were compliant, efficient, and aligned with the client’s expectations. This included overseeing service routing, liaising with subcontractors, resolving on-site clashes, and ensuring all works progressed safely and without disruption to the wider programme.

We also assisted with testing, commissioning support, and final verification to ensure all systems were fully operational and handed over to a high standard. Our approach ensured a smooth delivery process, minimising delays and maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, and coordination throughout the fit-out stage.
